The Nanaimo Jr. ‘A’ Timbermen Junior Fan Club is brand new for 2008. The club is for youngsters up to the age of 12. For a minimal fee of $10.00, your child will receive a Junior Fan Club T-Shirt, a membership card, a 2008 team photo and will be eligible for great prizes throughout the 2008 season.
If you want to join our Junior Fan Club, you will be able to do that in advance on January 6th and January 13th at the NDLA registration event. After these two dates, you may register your child online at www.jrtimbermen.com. Once you are a member, all you have to do is stop by the Junior Fan Club table and sign in at home games to be eligible for drawings that will take place. At the season opener, your child will receive his/her Junior Fan Club T-Shirt and membership card.
On each game night, your child can win prizes and a lucky Junior Fan Club Member will be named the ‘Junior Fan of the Week’. The lucky youngster receives a lacrosse prize pack and will get their picture taken with their favourite Jr. Timbermen player and will be pictured on our website as the ‘Junior Fan of the Week’.
Fun activities have been planned for the 2008 season for the Junior Fan Club. The Junior Fan Club is able to provide these events, activities, and prizes due to the generosity of the Nanaimo Jr. Timbermen and generous individuals and groups that have made donations and have helped us connect with sponsors.
